Description: Racing game, based on the anime. Two-piece slipcover box, has tape on it that would likely rip the box if removed, and a pencil-sized hole punched through the top. Slipcover has a lot of wear and creases, and one corner is badly torn. Inside, has contents list, 3.5" disks, manual, Mach V specifications booklet, manual addendum and unused registration card. Missing box insert, catalog and ads.
