Gnome Ranger

Ingrid the Gnome was probably Level 9's most popular adventure game
character, starring in Gnome Ranger, Ingrid's Back and a third game
that was never released.
This appears to be a U.S. release, in the same medium-sized plastic case
as in the European, but I've never heard of any company distributing this
title Stateside, nor am I familiar with Constellation Software. (I bought
it from a seller in the U.S., but that doesn't mean anything.) European
collectors: were they sold like this in your stores?
